"Karen from collections calls me two days after I made my payment and says we need a payment. I look at my bank and the funds have already been withdrawn. I tell her that please look into your systems to confirm. She says I can’t see anything and there is no payment and what are we going to do. After I told her to fix her system she said there is nothing wrong but me making payments. I confirmed that she couldn’t see it on her end. To me that’s unbelievable that she still tries to collect and blames me continuously and rudely. After I asked to speak to her supervisor she said I’m NOT going to do that call him yourself. I have never had such rude service from any financial institution. I have multiple bank accounts, loan payments and credit cards. Karen’s service and Westfield Banks systems are very bad."
