Its a good thing I didn't come into this as a novice, because no introductory step by step walk through of how the process works was given. Whenever I called to inquire on something, I felt like I was a bother when all I am trying to do is be a responsible informed borrower. Their customer service and attitude is very poor in the mortgage loan department. I'll be looking elsewhere."
