"After many many attempts of depositing money into my account to pay my loan, with a rude lady on the front desk, no hello, no thank you, no nothing to a black woman while the white man next to me was getting candy out of the jar. I left this place where I was going to pay without payment because I been paying the an imaginary loan for 3 years and they were not able to find my account. Disgusting."
