"Wallet was stolen walked into the bank to get new debit cards with temporary ID from DMV. Lakeshia informed me that she couldn't accept the temporary ID I informed her that's all I had since my wallet was stolen but I did have ID on file with the bank. She looked me up and offered to print one of my cards. I told her I would need a new card for each account she said she's doing this for me as a favor because they can't accept the paper ID and it's all based on relationships and she's never helped me before so she couldnt print all of the cards!!!!! I have tooooooo much money in my accounts too be dealing with this type of poor customer service !!! Based off of relationships, I've been a member of this credit union for over 15 years longer than she's been working there and she throws out the word RELATIONSHIP!!! Well to the East Hartford Location I go. I have a better RELATIONSHIP with them."

"I've only been a member for 4 months now and appreciate how personable everyone is in the W. Htfd location. They take time to respond to my questions and treat me as a valued customer. The environment seems to be well-organized and pleasant. The drive-thru, as well as service inside, is fast. Pleased that I tried this instead of another big bank!"

"I'm very satisfied with the service here. Most of the people working here are fast and friendly, and all of the ones I have encountered are competent. The online service works well, including online communication. Questions are answered quickly, and phone calls follow if clarification is needed. The office has a nice small town feel to it -- very different from the huge banks in the US. The terms are much better, too, since it's a credit union. Highly recommend."
