"Made an appointment first at wolcott branch, terrible service there. Needed to get business account opened which requires filling out many packs of forums. Ricky assisted and went through each page one by one to make sure I understood everything thoroughly. He’s a great representative and can definitely see him managing his own branch in the near future, his customer service was excellent!"

"I give 1 star because I just experience the bad team work at this bank (Angelica) start her shift and look at both other girls like what are you doing here. The other co-worker (yuberkis) give Angelica her costumer so she can take a break or something. Spend more time talking than working. Working in a bank is not that hard do you job and talk less when they no costumer waiting ty have a good day I highly recommend not come here if yuberkis working"
