"If I could give Jack Finn - zero stars- I would. Let me share my experience. My husband and I have used Jack Finn as our representative for over 20 years for Car, Home, and Business insurance. He has never been very attentive, but happy to take the money. My 16 year old recently got her license. I asked Jack for a quote. He gave one similar to other companies so we said to just add her to our Nationwide policy. I never got anything to say she was on the policy. Strange I thought but I called Mr. Finn at least 15 times over the course of 6 months and he assured me my 16yo was added and not to worry. She had now been driving for 4 months! So today I call nationwide direct because my policy had gone up so much $ and they tell me that my child had never been added. Mr. Finn completely lied. Then he hung up on me when I called his office to question what happened and why did he keep telling me that it had been taken care of. This whole experience has been so bad. I had called him repeatedly and he never took care of anything. Be Warned!"
