"Worst Bank I have ever dealt with. I was promised a rate and right before I was about to close escrow, they said I would have to come up with more money to keep the rate. I was given a promissory Loan Estimate at the beginning of escrow, and right before I was going to close they pulled this BAIT AND SWITCH! This should be illegal...if its not."

"Warning!!!!! The most incompetent employees I have ever worked with in the banking world 20 years in business. I’ve never had such a terrible experience read the fine print. Open up a line of credit was promised no annual fees spoke on different occasions to several employees in the branch two different branch managers. Was promised that the fees would be waived in the account would be taken care of properly. Over three months of promises that they would take care of this issue and then it goes to collections nothing like your credit being tampered with due to incompetent employees. Disgusted will never deal with Key Bank again."

"I visited this place today and was blown away. This is another imposing edifice in the church street and share same building with Starbucks. There’s wheelchair accessible entrance and can be easily seen from a vehicle in normal traffic. It’s also pretty close and a walking distance to the New Haven Green so you can quickly pop in and do your ATM if you’re visiting the Green."
