"This is a nationwide bank, but is run by your typical New York conservative crooks! Don’t even bother to call the 1-800 for help, because those on the other end are even worse. I have yet to speak to someone at 1800KEYBank that can answer a question off script. They will talk over you again & again & again, telling you what you already know. I had to yell to get them to stop talking so I could ask my actual question! I can’t wait to close this account! When I do close it will be a big production! Thank for absolutely nothing Key Bank! When you finally release my money, you’ll never see another dime from me! Oh, and don’t bother to ask for a phone call from supervisor, because I’ve been waiting for almost a week."

"Even though I have a business account with KeyBank, I went to the trailer to exchange some bills for larger ones. However, they refused to make the exchange and instead told me to deposit money and withdraw it. I asked why I had to do that, as I didn't want to deposit my personal money into my business account, but they still denied my request. I am not pleased with their explanation or the service provided bad customer service."
