"I'm sorry but it is very difficult to contact and reach a rep when needed. No one answers the phone whenever I've called. The system service line has 4 options but doesn't let you reach anyone. The only way to speak with someone is to drive to a location. Just not happy at all. This has happened a few times. Needs to be fixed because making a trip to the bank to speak to a rep isn't good. A deposited check that I deposited hasn't been released into my account and it's been a week already!! No good!! I'm not sure but most likely will change my bank....terrible service! No one answers the phone and holding my check for a week definitely isn't good!! Just terrible"
