"Rude and unprofessional. I called asking about loan programs and I was told they could not help and for me not to call again. They asked if it was sales, I said yes because I wanted to speak to someone in sales because I had questions about their programs. They told me I was trying to sell something, but I was not I was trying to ask about their loan program."

She even hung up on me and I was nothing but polite. **EDIT** - I'd like to clarify that there was two calls. One we're I first called and the operator hung up on me before I finished talking when she found out I was a broker. Then I called back and complained that I was hung up on and she took my call. Being hung up on its extraordinarily unprofessional. There are two calls you can check in your records. You're absolutely right the second call was cordial because I called her out on how unprofessional she was as you noticed in the beginning of the second call. I leave my review."
