"Interesting dilemma I have never had with Chubb in prior experiences. So disappointed. Been on the phone with a lovely lady in "call services" and elevator music now for 50 minutes now with still no answer regarding my claim status. Call Services cannot even reach a person in the new Safelite "Windshield Claim" department. Both she and I are frustrated but she isn't paying for lack of service!!!! Our car windshield took a big rock this weekend and shattered all the way across. We reported this event on Saturday and is now a safety issue. Our dealership glass company cannot get final approval for dealer glass after several calls and many, many minutes on hold. Chubb has outsourced windshield glass claim reviews/approvals to Safelite glass company to approve our claim? What?!!!! We have waited four days for dealer glass approval and are driving a sedan with shattered glass because a glass company is approving whether its competitor glass company can buy dealer glass? Conflict of interest is HUGE. If I had requested that Safelite, Chubb's glass company, do the work my claim and my windshield would both be approved and INSTALLED by now. Not sure what's going on in this company."

"Not only is it a good atmosphere but the people are willing to help you .The accommodations are also in good working order and also the people there are trained in CPR as well as evacuating procedures. The people at the facility are professionally groomed and dressed .The interior of the premises and exterior is properly maintained. I also would like to comment on security engineering and maintenance personnel for a job well done."
