"On 12/30/23 at 7:15 pm my husband went in to McDonald’s to buy my family food!! He came home we live 3 minutes away!!! THE ORDER WAS WRONG AND THE FOOD WAS ICE COLD!! He went back with the whole order and complained. Received another order that was wrong again!!! AGAIN ICE COLD FOOD!! This place is a hangout with hood rats !! The employees don’t even know how to take an order!! I WILL BE COMPLAINING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE BOARD OF HEALTH!!!"

"We come here often, probably too often. But the food is always consistent and the workers are extremely nice. Shout out to them. If there’s ever issues with the orders they’ll fix it promptly and without problem! Also their ice cream machine is always working! Win!"

"I continuously find myself going back and ordering from this place, there has been a few occasions where I would go with my daughters and eat in, thankfully have never had any issues other than students speaking very disrespectful. But when I order to go there’s always something missing. 60% of the employees are completely rude and annoying. Just now sent my husband to get me something and they completely forget the drinks as if it’s not part of the meals. If it wasn’t because it is the closest McDonald’s I would not be going there anymore. They have to work on providing better service we are the reason why they even open, the least they can do is treat us well and do their job right!!!!"

"It's McDonalds. The thing is that this location can get really rowdy/obnoxious folk depending on what day and time you are there. The worst times are right after school let's out (obnoxious teens and pre teens are always starting fights and loitering), or close to their closing times on Fridays and Saturdays (drunk people being loud and obnoxious and loitering outside). This location does have a loitering problem where people hang out right next to the newly installed "no loitering" sign either begging, fighting, harassing customers, or just being annoying with super loud music. Kind of a coin flip whether or not you'll encounter a rowdy crowd here, but service is relatively quick. God help you if they're busy, you're better off ordering on the app, waiting 5-15 minutes, and walking in and out with your order."
