"During my last visit to a Dunkin' establishment, I was disappointed by the conduct of a staff member, possibly a manager, who exhibited unprofessionalism. Rather than owning up to any miscommunication, she chose to place blame on customers and chastise her colleagues in view of everyone. This incident, while unfortunate, could serve as a catalyst for positive change. I would encourage the management to invest in further training, focusing on communication skills and customer service principles. Empowering their team to manage situations with professionalism and courtesy is crucial. With commitment to such improvement, I'm hopeful that this location has the potential to offer a stellar experience to its patrons in the future. For the moment, regrettably, I must rate this experience with one star and cannot endorse a return to this particular Dunkin' location based on the current circumstances."

"I got a coolata and it didn’t even have the ice chippings honestly it wasn’t even cold and I feel like I wasted money because it’s basically just a vanilla shake which isn’t what I ordered. I’m super disappointed and annoyed they didn’t even get the coffee right."

"Owner works there and is so RUDE! He will literally yell at customers if they’re not fast enough with their orders which happened to me today! He was the one being very slow and raised his voice at us due to him being the only person there, their service has only gotten worse. I come here cuz it’s closest to home, after this very bad encounter with them I will no longer go here and drive a further up to the other Dunkin’ Donuts. If I could give them 0 stars I would!"
