"Valerie the manager was very rude and sold us a defective DD tumbler and would not let us return or exchange. Im just shocked at the level of service and lack of good will at this DD. So sad. Think twice before buying and tumblers."

"Poor customer service! I pre-ordered for a birthday party a day in advance specifically to be able to pick up at a certain time and not put pressure on the team to prepare a larger order as a walk in. Arrived at the pick up time I selected online to be told that my order is not ready and the donuts I selected are not going to be available. The manager told me that it’s not her fault and if I don’t want to wait for the hot chocolate or get the donuts they had in the case to just cancel my order. She could care less about the situation and blamed their system for it, which could have been possible, but her attitude was horrible and empathy for the situation I was in was non existent. She told me that if I wanted my order as confirmed online that I should have called the store. Then why do you have an app and let people pre-order and pay in advance with confirmation that order will be ready by a certain time?! She made me feel as if this was my fault. I will stay away from this place and definitely not recommend them!"

"Dunkin is Flunkin This Dunkin and all the Greenwich shops are run by the same organization and offer no help to customers in the afternoon. The place is poorly run and all the workers know how to do is punch keys on the register, not solve problems or offer any customer service. There are no managers on duty as required in their franchise agreement, and they manage all the shops by video camera instead. Need a simple question answered or help with a problem - they couldn't be bothered - come back in the morning is their answer. The place is under renovation, but they should use the money to pay a manager to help their customers, or better yet, stay closed instead!"

"I highly recommend this place, but I would suggest not putting the top of the donut on the paper. The frosting can get ruined and stick to the paper, which is not what any kid wants. Instead, I would recommend placing the donut on a napkin or plate. This will help to keep the frosting intact and make for a more enjoyable eating experience."

"I go to a lot of Dunkin's and this is by far the friendliest group. Anything I order is always done perfectly. I highly recommend."
