"The last time I ordered from Panera they forgot 2 of my items. They said I could come pick them up (which totally defeats the purpose of paying extra to have the food delivered). I decided to wait awhile before eating there again. My first time ordering again, and I received an inedible chicken avacodo sandwich with a tiny piece of chicken (like the size of half a chicken nugget) and rotten avocado. I will never order from here again."

"Rather than ask me for my choice of a side item that goes with the main item, the cashier decided to decide for herself. She also made the order to go without asking me. Then when I approached her to get the bathroom key after seeing a man walk out of the bathroom, she said that the man was still in the bathroom. Then, yes, there's more, when I mentioned this to the manager when I was picking up the bag of food, he talked over me in a hostile tone. He even chastised me for handing the bathroom key to him. "Take it to the cashier!""

"The manager is terrible and very unprofessional. Can hear him shouting at his employees and was very rude to us customers! “A true leader inspires and encourages a team.”"

"The male manager is consistently rude and off putting. If you can’t be courteous to people of ALL backgrounds, don’t work customer service. Doesn’t acknowledge you at the register, rushes you out, weirdly stingy with cups even if you’re a Sips member"
