"Cappuccino without coffee, Chai latte without chai I don't know why I am surprised: they do other stuffs while you order. One guy disappeared while we were speaking. Coffee machine is not clean, steamer is covered with cooked milk and not even wiped after usage..."
"if I could give 0 stars for service, I would. The short Indian man was extremely rude. When I ordered my drink, he didn't let me even finish my order, he just ran away to make it. I wasn't sure if he was making somebody else's drink but just in case, I yelled out "With cream!" and when he came back I asked what was in the drink. He said regular milk. I told him "I can't have regular milk". Then he started yelling at me. And I replied back "Well, I said with cream while you ran away and you didn't let me finish ordering". Then he continued to yell at me. He was also yelling at the other customers that day. First of all, if he is taking orders he should let me finish making my order. I wanted to order more things as well and didn't get to because of him. And second, he should be asking customers what they want their drink with instead of assuming. And most importantly, don't yell at the customer. I understand tensions can rise high when it gets busy but it's not my fault it is busy. You are working at a Dunkin donuts inside of a large busy train station, you think it's not going to get busy? People are going to work, or getting home from work after an extended work day such as myself. I work at a clinic and it gets super busy with patients, I'm not yelling at them. Getting angry and taking your frustrations on others is not going to make anyone's day better. Never ordering from this location again. The station has another coffee place with much nicer people. I believe it is called Java Joe's or Joe's Coffee."
"these people don’t know what they’re doing half the time. i don’t understand why management has done nothing about it. the food tastes weird and the employees are always on their phone"
"Luckily I’ve never missed a train getting my coffee here. I’ve had great coffee and absolutely terrible coffee from here so it’s a 50/50 shot if the food & drinks will be good or not."
"Cashier was on the phone when my mother and I were waiting in line. My mother had to say something first before the cashier even said anything. At this point, I didn't order anything because it was obvious the cashier didn't want to wait on us. When a white man came in line after us , she suddenly perked up, asked how he was doing and took his order. I feel like if you can't give good customer service to everyone regardless of skin tone, you should work from home in a field other than customer service."
