"This establishment is disgusting. We noticed cockroaches scurrying around towards the bathroom as you enter the Dunkin. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot and the garbage is overflowing. When I spoke to the manager, he told me that if I don’t like it, I can go somewhere else. Haha classic not my problem attitude. I implore anyone thinking of going here to think again, and choose a different location. I’ve never seen a DD so poorly managed."

"It took 23 minutes to get our order (3 drinks and 2 wake up wraps) and my cappuccino was half filled."

"As of today, I will not step foot in this location again! There have been many times I have experienced very poor service at this location by a specific employee but chose not complain. There have been several times I go to this location to purchase something but once I see him through the window at the counter, I walk away and don't bother. Today 5/31/23 at about 6:35pm, I walk into this establishment and the employee is sitting in the corner by the donuts doing something on his phone, there are no customers so I think nothing of it. However, I greet him thinking he will get up, he looks up and barely says hello, but doesn't move and he goes right back to his phone. I look around behind the counter to see if there was another employee that was coming to assist me but there was not. I look at him again and just wait to see how long before he gets up to assist me. He finally gets up, obviously without any real desire to and stands at the register as if he's bothered or burdened to have to. If I could give a negative star rating I would but the lowest offered above is a one star. As he very slowly and without desire started making my drink he at some point just was standing there with my empty cup in his hand staring into space. To the point where the customer behind me asked him to move quicker. Unfortunately, I did not get the employees name but I believe it starts with a "K". The hiring management may have to raise your pay so you can have quality employees. It's not excuse for poor customer service by the employee but you may be getting what you pay for."

"Probably the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the tri state. Not because of the quality of food but because of the customer service in the morning. They will look at you and not help you. I have gone to DD in Manhattan near Times Square and the service there is better than Stamford which is weird ."
