"I went to get some quick food at night, and the bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps were burnt, and i almost ate a piece of plastic that was in my food… i took it out my mouth thinking it was a piece of hard egg but no.. just plastic."

"This place never gets anything right they don’t care that customers are paying for product plus paying for their shifts… they never get the coffee right nor do they stir it, I asked for hash browns well done 99% of the time they don’t listen to the well done part and that 1% they did and they burnt it so bad that I can’t even bite it it’s like a rock! I never had these issues at other Dunkin’s it’s convenient to go there because of the drive thru but the service is horrible and product"
