"Customer Service was the worst I've experienced, from the MOD to the staff absolutely rude and disrespectful. You ask questions, and they do not respond or respond rudely. I do not recommend this location which is literally 3 mins drive from home. THE hashbrown, which are usually my favorite tasted like they are kept in a steamer, so they were hard as heck disgusting and definitely a practice that needs to be eliminated and made fresh like all the other locations. I went two days in a row and the customer service was worse today then yesterday and Bibi the person who gave me my order fit right in with the rest of the unpleasant staff. I asked her name just to leave a review. I hope that the store manager reads this and trains his staff that customers should be treated with at least a hello and not a frown."

"Used the app and walked in three minutes mate. Huge parking lot. Big Dunkin. Couple minutes later my order was ready. Filled perfectly. Coffee nice and hot. Doughnuts tasted fresh. Large seating area for a Dunkin. Bathrooms open and working. Start not too friendly, but who cares. I’m just passing through. As I will be again, next time I am in the area."

"Worst Dunkin I've been to. It was busy and the two people working kept switching back and forth and forgetting people's drinks and food. No organization. They didn't measure anything for drinks, so my latte tasted nothing like it should've."

"Walked in at around 10AM and everyone was just standing around with no clear direction as to where the line started and ended. This place has an odd flow due to the fact that they make you go closer to the door to pick up your order instead of further down into the store. After we sat down at what I might add was a very sticky table and chairs, more people had piled in and because of where the pickup counter is, they were crowding and blocking the door. Coffee stirrers were not available. Staff was polite and they didn't seem to have any trouble with the workload. Overall, a "just okay" location."
