"This use to be my favorite coffee bar but lately there seems to be a high turn over in staff resulting in poor service. For the most part, the staff was very courteous and professional. The server at the register was very pleasant and I felt really connected with him but I think he's hard of hearing. I had to repeat myself a few times because of the noise in the background and the barista yelling across the room. "I need this, I need that." Very loud, lots of yelling and I'm tired of the manager's excuses that they're a new hire. Just give me my damn drink already! All in all, if you're looking for a quiet place to relax, this is not the place. Lots of drama behind the counter. And if you want your employees to stay, treat them with respect Mr Manager."
