"dont know how they run a company, useless, waste of time, good for people with low blood pressure, will raise your blood pressure, facts..."
"DO NOT GO WITH THEM THEY LIE!!! MY MOMS CONDITION GOT WORSE THEY DIDNT APPROVE MORE HOURS WHICH SHE NEEDED EVEN AFTER SHOWING A LETTER FROM FEW OF HER DOCTORS THAT SHE NEEDS MORE HOURS!!! WILL LOOK FOR A NEW MLTCP!!! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM!"
"Our family got the run-around for my grandmother’s care, despite the requests of around the clock care by medical professionals. Her case would be cancelled after every hospital admittance. This is not realistic to expect someone that needs this level of care to not have any incidents while her case is processing. The process is supposed to take 5 business days and it is currently more than 20 days after the incident. Be wary when choosing this service provider."
"This company be ashamed they use Elderplan or Homefirst. They are not person focused. They are their company focused. Their care management is non existent. If I rolled the gentleman, they are supposed to be providing MLTC services for, into their offices they wouldn't even know who he is. To do physical assessments by phone and then put into his careplan something that isn't true because they didn't physically see him is ludicrous. Their assessment tools are totally uncomprehensive if you are an average person navigating this system. They use contradicting conclusions to base service hours. How does a person score a zero on a mini mental status exam, yet the assessment tool shows a score of 27 which completely changes the hours allocated. Better yet the nurse signing the assessment called the morning of the assessment to enroll my housemate, who was already enrolled for years. Then her paperwork is submitted as part of the rubric used to determine hours of care? Really? I can only hope that the parent company MJHS has some of the old school integrity left in them to fix this HUGE problem. I too would have given a zero if it was an option."
"This is a grossly incompetent agency. My father has alzheimer's and cancer and I have not been able to reach his care manager or a supervisior in order to coordinate home health services for him. I have called member services 7 times and they are unwilling to even provide me with a phone number for his care manager. It seems like all of their employees work from home and nobody has any idea what the other person is doing. Meanwhile, my father, who is approved for 31.5 hours per week of services, is at home with no care. I am currently in the process of working with DCFS to switch to another medicaid agaency. If I could rate them less then 1, I would. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANOTHER AGENCY!!"
