"I am actually giving this location a NO star! I’ve been coming to this location bc it near my residence and this Dunkin manager does not know how to run this place she’s rude and disrespectful, she yells at her employees in front of customers treat them like garbage, snatches hot drinks out there hands and throws it in the trash because she doesn’t like the way they made it. These employees deserve to be treated better and like humans with respect. The employees do make good drinks and food when the manager is not in there faces yelling at them while making it"

"Literally 30 minutes later I realized they must have filled the cup with ice to the top of the cup. Effectively making a large cold brew priced-small iced coffee. I think this is a bit unfair, you can see the line for Ice goes 2/3 up the cup, and they literally just don’t care that a couple sips empties most of the coffee here. IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY’S WORTH ASK FOR LIGHT ICE."

"every time i come to this dunkin its like they dont know when to stop serving the drive thru? 2 people waiting in the line inside and all the workers stood there looking at us serving the drive thru had only two customers sitting wait 20 minutes just to be asked how we doing ! All i was getting was a small coffee ! These kids need to be retrained how to work the lobby and drive thru at the same time"

"I saved up enough points for a handcrafted drink and when I went to scan it, it took away my points, but I did not get my free handcrafted drink and I also put my coupon for a two dollar iced coffee and I did not spend 2 dollars on the ice coffee i paid full price for both handcrafted drinks and no discount. All I did was take away my points, I’m very upset."

"This spot is really roomy inside of your not in a hurry you can actually sit & eat for a change & I have been around a few Dunkin’s & not many places now do you have that luxury of doing that. It’s super clean/nice inside, they have have most of the drinks you want on tap. Had no problem getting my order correctly. Staff is super friendly as well."
