"Every time I come here the late machine is not working, it’s honestly a lie... I worked at Dunkin, when you have lazy workers who just want to sit around all day usually clean the espresso machine early, and turn it off so they don’t have to deal with it at close, it’s only 5 pm... it’s ridiculous... To the manager of this store- please do better!!"

"I've tried everything at this location this past week- drive thru, walk in, mobile order...this AM staff is the most incompetent crew I have ever experienced. The first two days through the drive thru, it took them 3 times to get my order correct. The third day, I did a mobile order...and when I went in 15 mins later, my order was not there. When I asked the girl about my order, she said she would remake my order- implying it had already been made and someone had stolen it. The next day, I ordered walk in, in person and it took forever. Today is my LAST day coming here. I timed my mobile order so I would arrive 5-8 mins after it was put in and it should be done...they were cleaning the espresso machine and told me 5 more mins. I'm currently waiting here 20 minutes later for a medium hot latte. I will be contacting management."

"Food is good but service is super slow. And if you place a mobile thinking it’s gonna be faster. Don’t even try as it’s much slower for some reason."

"Food was good, employees were as energetic as one is in the morning. But the atmosphere felt like I was eating breakfast in a hospital cafeteria. The walls were boring and the decorations were almost non existent. It would be better if there were at least fall decorations or the basic dunkin posters."
