"The location at 280 Washington Avenue,in Bridgeport, CONTINUES to allow MULTIPLE customers at the register while other people wait in line. MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES have been asked SEVERAL TIMES to correct this and NOTHING has been done. I am going to another dunkin because this request CONTINUES to be ignored and ,STILL goes on.CHECK THE CAMERAS!!! I'm tired of asking ."

"I just left this location with a frozen ham and cheese croissant stuffer that should have been hot. When it's not one thing is the other with Dunkin' Donuts. Endorsement from here on I guess Starbucks is my new place. One thing I can say is if people do not have work values at a place like Dunkin' Donuts you will not have them either at any other position or significant employer."

"Absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. Three times I have tried to patronize this location (because of their proximity to my job) and never have they been able to fulfill my order. I couldn't get an iced coffee on my first visit; no frozen chocolate on my second; and no decaf hot coffee on my third. In all cases, the clerks indicated they didn't have any of those items available. I have communicated my frustration to corporate Dunkin Donuts, but nothing improves. My visits are always in the afternoon, but that is no reason not to have regular drink items available. If you don't want to do business, then close your location."
