"Drive-thru on 12/30 at 12:30 p.m. 90% of my order was wrong. I stopped going to DD because of this, and unfortunately, it appears this place is heading in that direction too. The Details: I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a jalapeno bagel. No jalapeno bagels available, but she offered an asiago bagel. Not what I wanted, but fine. I also ordered a hash brown, medium coffee extra, extra and a medium hot chia. What I got: a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel, no hash brown, and a coffee without sugar and very little cream. The hot chia was right on the money, so about 10% of the order was correct. I did not go back to have my order corrected as my time is valuable too."
