"Very disappointed, unfortunately today it wasn’t a good experience, I paid my order with some credit that I have on the apps and the difference on my credit car and they just added 5 $ tip on my cc, when I asked about it they told me oh Sir you just must press the tip button accidentally, instead of apologizing they tried to blame it on me, when the manager came he offered a credit of $4 for next time because he couldn’t refund it. Personally I don’t think that’s cool this it might be go unnoticed for many people but I work really hard for my money! So just be aware."

"I just don't understand why the baristas always fill the cup too full so it drops all over the car when you are driving? I even order a bigger cup (tall in a grande cup) to avoid this and it still happens on the regular."

"Good place to grab some tea or coffee, work, meet friends. Nice to sit outside in good weather. The only issue with getting work done is that it tends to get loud when school is out and the students hang out inside. It can get really busy on weekends with long waiting times. (Typical of other Starbucks)"
