Reviews of Cafe Lahooti
"This is the best bubble tea in Long Island and its not even close. They use real tea (not powder). The owner is really nice too and you can tell that this is her passion. Highly recommend."
"If you want to spend near $20 for a latte and bubble tea, then this is your place. Overpriced and inattentive service. They out priced themselves just like the store before them did. Until they went out of business."
"Had their taro bubble tea at the halal guide food festival very good! Nice and sweet the staff was nice as well"
"I got a Kashmir Pink Tea, which is absolutely delicious, but it's seasonal so leaving the menu soon. Yesterday though, I had gotten the Rose bubble tea, with boba. The tapioca pearls definitely seemed fresh too, as they were soft and warm when in the drink. They have several choices for bottoms which is really nice. The bubble tea has non-dairy in it, so a lot of people can have it. They even have ice creams, tried the Maine Wild Blueberry, and it's amazing! You can order on a little self-ordering screen, or you can be helped by one of the people there. I have only seen two people at a time, but drinks have come out fast. Service has been great, super polite, and the wait hasn't been that long. I definitely want to go back to try the Tropical Oolong!"
"A new day, a new bubble tea spot. This one, in the heart of eastern Suffolk County in the beautiful hamlet of St James, Smithtown. This cafe, in particular offers a refreshing approach to the boba tea scene. Pictured (from left to right): •Oreo Cookies n’ Cream Boba Tea •Brown Sugar Milk Tea •Lychee Green Tea w/ popping mango bubbles The brown sugar milk tea was hands down my favorite as the tea was strong, presumably seeped overnight, possibly longer. Often times the brown sugar and boba overpower the entire drink, leaving a faint taste of the actual tea. That was certainly not the case here. Each sip was refreshing and packed a harmonious taste of boba, brown sugar and tea. Will be my daily go-to now!"
