"Thoroughly Disgusted The restroom was in desperate need of servicing, tacky music blasting way to loud on the speakers everywhere, and the garbage cans were overflowing. When I asked the barista for a mug for my cappuccino, she replied with a snotty, unapologetic “we don’t have mugs here.” Wow, a coffee shop that doesn’t have coffee mugs for their customers. Starbucks should be ashamed of itself for charging me $5.31 for a mediocre cappuccino, served up in a cardboard cup by a snotty barista. Corporate greed shows its unattractive, robotic face. What a complete waste of time and money. I don’t recommend this location. Thoroughly disgusted, Rick"

"Isn't it state law to be open your posted hours? Somehow they can't make a latte because they're understaffed. Who knew it took more than one person. Amazing. I guess that's why it costs so much."

"The coffee is usually great but the managers voice makes studying and even enjoying a cup of coffee unbearable. I feel like many times she belittles her coworkers in front of customers, which in my opinion is not okay."

"At 6:00p.m on 10/26/23 I was being as polite as possible & this lady was being rude & childish. I didn’t mind cause I thought hey maybe she’s having a rough day. I asked her something and didn’t mind her response however her comment at the end is why I’m writing this. Hopefully she gets held accountable, because that’s not how you talk to anyone at work or even outside. To describe her fizzy/curl, & on the heavier side."

"I've been sitting at this Starbucks for the last 3 hours studying and the people are pouring in like ants on a cookie. I just have to say, as a someone who had to deal with similar situations, the staff here are killing it. They are acting professional, everyone is working hard and they are getting it right. Awesome job! Very impressive. If it was me I would have been rocking in a corner by now"
