"I can't write the atmosphere because I didn't step foot in the store I was only in the Drive-Thru. They had the chicken wrap that I was looking for which was a big bonus and I was able to load my card with ease because the employees knew what they were doing. I can see myself visiting this location again."

"On December 16th I had placed an ubereats order at 5-6am. I ordered loaded hash browns that had no bacon in it (I counted literally only 2 tiny pieces out of the whole cup) the cup was less than halfway full & had very little cheese on it. The whole item was made ghetto & disgusting I ordered a sourdough sandwich with American cheese & got no cheese at all. I had to add & warm up my own cheese at home smh. I was missing the avocado spread I wanted for my sandwich Won’t be ordering from here again. Y’all need to do better. My whole order just felt like my food was rushed while made, it was prepared very poorly & ghetto & I shouldn’t have so many errors on majority of the food items I ordered. Y’all need to get it together"

"We ordered two hot lattes and waited in the drive through lane. We understood from the line that it wasn't going to be quick, but didn't realize it was going to take +/- 15 minutes to get the coffees. There was two cars ahead of us. The ordering box was slow, sitting there for a while before they took the order and when we got to the window, we sat there for a bit before the coffees came out. Despite ordering two hot lattes, one was cold. I suspect they made an iced latte and then transferred it into a different cup. I don't normally buy coffee out, so it was disappointing that the hot latte was served cold."

"Actually the worst Dunkin ever. America does not run on this specific Dunkin. Drive through always takes a minimum of 15 minutes so if you expected it to be like any other drive through, you’re wrong. And don’t even go in, takes even longer and honestly just don’t even go into this Dunkin at all, drive to the next one trust me the time will be shorter than you waiting at this dunkin"
