"Worst location I've ever been to. Didn't even get served. The associate running the dunkin should NOT be in this type of business. Terrible attitude!! Extremely rude. Will never be back here!"

"How can a coffee place be out of Milk? Wouldn't that stop a good majority of coffees being made? Then before my brother could ask for something girl behind the counter tells us the machines are broken. You couldn't have told us No Milk and No Machines 5 minites ago when we were trying to figure out what we wanted?"

"If there was an option for negative stars, this Dunkin' would get it. EVERY time I go in here, the person taking orders is goofing off on their phone. Usually, they are smart enough to stop when a customer comes in. Not today. The female behind the counter said, "I'll be with you in a minute" and continued on her phone for at least 2 minutes. Then when she finally decided it was time to work, she rudely asked "What do you want?" As if it couldn't get worse, afterward the person filling the orders totally forgot my coffee (which is a dollar more than Dunkin's off of the parkway). Once I got it I said "thank you" and she just said "Yeah". Worst service EVER."

"If I could give it minus stars, I would this place is awful. It’s the owners responsibility to find the right employees, but he doesn’t obviously care about who he hires as long as there’s a body behind the counter. This place has ripped me off a minimum of four times in the last six months they don’t have my coffee ready when I ordered on the go and they refused to make it when I tell them that they haven’t made my order, but yet the money keeps going out of my account. I’ve tried to get the owner to talk to the owner or the manager. Guess what it’s the wrong telephone number on their website it’s a joke they should be sued if not, anything else"

"You have a An extremely rude person at this site managing and taking orders. Few folks ahead of us ordered coffee and the server greeted and treated them nicely. When it was our turn to order, she was extremely rude and made us feel extremely unwanted. we had 4 drinks which we ordered and we requested for a tray to take away, and she curtly refused to provide, even though she provided one to the party ahead of us. I’m officially filing a complaint with Dunkin on this. Zero stars if i could provide one"
