"I hate to complain because I work in the service industry and worked at this Starbucks years ago so I know it’s mostly kids, but ffs, make sure the lids are secure on the cup. Too many times my coffee spills all over my car because the lid isn’t on all the way and it ends up flying off with the slightest bump."
