"There were three staff and all ignored me. They were assisting two other customers and pretended I did not exist after they finished assisting the other two. When I finally said something they gave me nasty attitudes the two girls one black one Hispanic and made me wrong for not saying anything before. The black girl then shouted out this is Starbucks as she scoffed at me. The other guy in the store was not making anything and the black girl was simply wiping down a table. Both ignored me completely. I have never in my life had such disgusting behavior from Starbucks staff"

"Starbucks coffee is great! Starbucks coffee is also very expensive, because of the considerable expense I was going to stop coming to this store as often as I did. However, the staff at this store is the friendliest most welcoming staff that I have ever encountered in my life! Gene, Shirlynn, Selina, Luke, Kyle, Michelle, Yurelli, and Michelle are the names that I know and I'm sorry that I don't know them all. Starbucks, has quite literally made a lot more money off of me because of how friendly and positive the staff at this store is. I sincerely hope that the store reopens soon with the same staff."

"Quick service and very friendly staff! We always stop by for coffee after pediatrics visit nearby. The store is at a convenient location for parking. The staff was very friendly and respected customers. I have seen them patiently helping a customer trying to pay with a handful of coins. The same guy also helped me with my gift card situation. Will continue to come here."
