"Always use convenient drive-thru service. Well situated store, easily accessible. Service quality is subject to today's life complexity. Too many available food options coupled with speediness often causes ordering errors. Dunkin' needs to fix this! Maybe have window server quickly review your order before placing? Starbucks uses real-time display screen as order is given... so customer "helps" server correct errors!"

"Always love a Dunkin with friendly and welcoming staff. I got a Frozen Matcha Latte and they let me get my oat milk with it. Some places say they can't because the machine can't mix it or something like that. Matcha was mixed well and wasn't clumping at all. We also ordered Donuts, Avocado Toast and a bagel. Everything was great! I'd definitely go here again if I wasn't just visiting for a nearby event."
"Stupidity here. This DD Associate told me and another driving Customer at 9:21 PM that she could not serve us until the next Shift comes in at 10 PM!!!! OBVIOUSLY she was just too lazy to serve us, because she told me she already pulled-out her Money Drawer. I almost flipped! WHO DOES THAT?!?!"
