"12/29/2023 3pm barista was so rude. Waited like 5 minutes for them to show up. They took my money and left leaving me a cup and empty coffee dispenser. I hollered but they didn't come back. $5 for a coffee, I never got. Worst service ever. Fire this barista, please."

"i ordered a matcha latte with oatmilk online, and when i saw it on the counter i went to take it, i drank it, and it was the worst drink i have tasted. i dont think i will ever revisit, the latte was watered down, bitter, and it didnt have any oat milk."

"Staff is exceptionally customer service oriented - very good staff. Food showcase does not present the food well. Glass and crumbs need to be cleaned often. As for the place - I think it’s a mess. Tables dirty - every one of them. I’m was the only one in the place and still every table was dirty. I had to ask for a paper towel to clean my table. This is common for this place. Garbage is full, floor is dirty. Clean up your act"

"this is a good go-to Starbucks for getting work done as it’s open later than other Starbucks in the area. the staff is really nice. but really wish they would clean !! tables are sticky, which I can wipe myself, but crumbs and wrappers are everywhere in between the seats. would love to stay longer but I can never get too comfortable as it feels kind of icky"

"Nice branch of Starbucks with drive-through and mobile ordering. The option to dine in exists, though the few tables were not properly cleaned, with crumbs all over. Merchandise attractively displayed and organized. Staff friendly. Bathroom clean, with Dyson Airblade and mounted changing table. Parking plentiful in the surrounding lots. Gorgeous photography on display depicting the people and processes involved in coffee’s production."
