Starbucks

"I was at this location waiting for my drink, and the man holding my order put my drink down but he somewhat slammed it and some of it spilt. he looked at me, then the drink, then gave me a thumbs up?? then i asked why he put it on the counter like that, and he rolled his eyes and spelt out my name. how does this make sense?? who is this man, he needs to be fired!"

"I've been to this location multiple times, and although the experience has never been stellar (it really doesn't have to be), my experience yesterday was the worst I've ever had in a Starbucks. My wait time for two lattes was 30 minutes (my online order was submitted at 7:55, and I finally left with my drinks at 8:25). I placed my order on the app, waited 5 minutes, and then walked in, so I don't know if the online part is what messed them up and caused my drinks to keep getting pushed to the back of the line or what, but 30 minutes for two drinks is absolutely ridiculous. I checked in about them two different times. The first time, I was totally blown off by the woman. I asked if there was an order for Kristina coming up because I'd been waiting 15 minutes, and rather than look for my cups in the line of drinks waiting to be made, she started reading the cups that were already made and waiting to be picked up. She actually shouted when she said, "I don't have that -- I have this name, this name, this name, this name.." and proceeded to rattle off, no kidding, probably 15 names before she finally went to the hot bar area and said, "Yeah, Kristina," with no indication of where I was in line or how long it would be, nor did she acknowledge how long I'd already been waiting. After another several minutes, when a woman who had just walked in complained to the barista at the espresso bar and got her to agree to make her drink next, I approached the barista and said I'd been waiting 22 minutes (I knew from the order confirmation via the app). Only then did my drinks finally get made, although she did still make the other woman's drink first. It was just so poorly run (as it usually has been when I visit, although never this bad) and the first woman so brazenly blew me off that I'll never come back to this location. I managed several Starbucks locations in the past (including some in downtown Los Angeles that are at least as busy as this location), and the way they had everyone deployed had a lot to do with why it was such a mess, but I still don't know what could have caused my drinks to be pushed to the back of the line for so long. I recommend skipping this location. There is a Dunkin down the street where I've always had good experiences, so if you're around and want a coffee fix, that's your better bet."

"I 've been visiting this Starbucks for over 5 years and the experiences have always been positive. The location is very convenient, but I must warn that the parking lot is not big and it can be difficult to find a spot during the peak morning and afternoon hours. Parking on the street here can also be a challenge unless you choose to visit very early in the AM or at night. The staff members are all very friendly and capable; I only had one problem with a food order (several years ago) when I was handed someone else's breakfast sandwich by mistake. Unfortunately, I didn't see that until I arrived back at work, so it was too late to give the staff a chance to correct the problem. Other than that one time, it has always been a positive experience here. I'll add that I love it that the music isn't too loud here; my friends and I can have a nice conversation and hear each other without shouting. Another nice feature is the outdoor seating; so perfect for sipping a drink and watching the people come and go. I highly recommend this location."

"Actually I don't like Starbucks but that one is great atmosphere already causing workers professional and I recommend that one in Darien is amazing place so if you want to spend your time or just drink some coffee and eat some snacks or some food come here and don't forget to take your friends;)"
