"It’s absolutely insane to have people waiting in your drive thru for 30 minutes at 6 AM, and not even address it, apologize,…. Once in the drive thru , you cannot leave. You’re trapped - and for 30 minutes? 5 min is too long for a drive thru the majority of the time. At the very least you should be apologizing for holding people hostage and acknowledge how crazy it is to be this slow and behind. A bit of acknowledgement can go a long way. The staff needs more support, not fair to them"

"Been going there 10 years, never had a problem till recently. Short brunette lady with glasses gave me an attitude about it not being open 24 hours and in the same manic discussion (with herself) pointed out the website says 24 hours. Next day she deliberately gives me the wrong food and glares at me smiling as I leave, only to find out later the food was incorrect. Sorry but you lost a customer, at least for a couple of years. I'll gladly drive a different route and visit a different D&D as we all know they're locations are every 5 miles."
