"Waited in line at 6:50 for them to open at 7 am. Three employees standing behind the counter talking. At 7:10 they still weren't open and were all just hanging out. Had to go into the exit to ask what was happening. They said they aren't open yet because they don't have hot water. Things happen but this probably could have been told to the line waiting or a sign put up. Waste of 20 minutes."

"Horrible location. Please remove the Starbucks logo and franchise name. This place doesn’t allow you to customize drinks, use stars, the baristas are the worst. They’re all very rude, and make you feel unwelcome. Mohegan Sun please take notice, this is not a positive attribute to your resort. Just a bunch of miserable kids, working here. Shut it down."
