"This place has problems with its food and its employees. Out of all the Dunkins in the area that do delivery they mess up the most orders the most often by far. Some of the people that work at this spot are just ghetto and you can interpret that however you will but personally that vibe is not for me so I try to be in and out as fast as possible but they make it difficult. Most of the time if you have a mobile order and you go to the mobile order area and your order is not ready nobody's actually working on your order or acknowledging your existence. So you have to go to the register and say hey I have a mobile order and eventually when the employee finally comes over they will say over here this is where the mobile orders follow me, as if you're an idiot that has no fing clue. It would be so awesome if we could live in a world where you just go to the spot and get your thing and move on with your life but now we got to play games this place loves to play games. The best dunks around is in Oxford but if you need to order from Webster, choose the Dudley dunkin's instead not this one trust me family"

"Dunkin mobile ordering needs to get it together. Store didn’t have any rockstar for energy punch which is fine, but I had to sit on the phone with customer service for way too long for a refund. Staff however was extremely friendly and apologetic"

"Careful of the drive thru. If it's too busy, you can't decide to get out of line after your already in it. The line can also block you in if you park in one of the spots in the front"

"Mold on my eggs! Board of health needs to shut this place down and revoke all management and owners servsafe certification. I called the store to alert them there was mold on my sandwich and they hung up on me!!! I reached out to customer support on twitter and was reached out to by Karlee Management and a woman named Karlee. She did not apologize, admit it was mold or even any type of contaminant (it’s blue!). I was argued with for 15 minuets. Told it’s not a big deal mold “can’t kill you”! DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! THEY CANNOT KEEP A FROZEN PRODUCT FROM BECOMING MOLDY AND SEEM TO ENJOY PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES!"

"This location like most lately have less employees working so they been taking awhile to take your order as drive thru seems to take priority. Employee was very pleasant and nice. I got my order pretty quick and I am not a big coffee drinker but I am a pumpkin girl. Got the pumpkin spice latte which I highly recommend."
