"Waited almost 10 minutes to order a cup of coffee and cup of tea and then another 10 for them to be made. Had to ask twice for the rest of the order. Employees are focused on mobile orders for people who are not even there yet and ignore the customers standing in front of them. Management needs a better system of prioritizing people who are already at the store over ones that are not even there yet. Maybe have one or two employees dedicated to in person and others dedicated to mobile."
"Bagel was so HARD and burnt. Here’s the whats left of the cream cheese after cleaning off my bagel. Absolutely disgusting and I’m sure you can imagine how messy and thrown together it was. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience with this location, unfortunately. They are the very kindest workers but this is gross."
"Ordered when I was 10 mins away from site and single coffee was still not ready. Took them 15min to fill on the go order. Coffee tasted watered down. Coffee was loaded with grounds, for $3.15 a cup this is unacceptable. If ordering on the go I would say make sure you order at least 15-20 min before you want to hopefully it will be ready. This is constant at site during morning rush."
