"I went in yesterday to have my coffee remade. As I'm standing there waiting I could hear 2 staff members make fun of my English. Today I went in via drive thru and again they laughed at me. I'm latina and I'm bilingual. There's nothing wrong with that. Why would dunkin hire people that are clearly RACIST???. Being racist is nothing to be proud off..."

"Sep 2023 Update: 1 star. Moldy creamers l, slow service. Seems to get worse each time I'm in. I'm not sure why I tried to give them a chance again. I'd rather go out the way tland drive to Hartford for a drink. Ok, Dunkin. Great location, but I don't believe they have the staff to be able to make this place thrive. I usually get an ice coffee with less ice, so I see that like to jip people on .005c these days. But now their starting to do it with regular drinks with regular ice. Keep an eye on how kuch they actually put in your cup. Workers could care less with what they're doing for the most part. I only go in the morning, so I only see the morning crew*. Wish every dunkin strive to be as good as the one in Canton. Service is great there."

"Very clean location but the service was too slow. Plenty of staff working but there was no sense of urgency. Waited 8 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee on my way to work, that’s too long. Other DD get the same order under 3 minutes."

"We were the only ones in there. Took our order. Cashier used same gloves the whole time. Handling cash, selecting food items and clicking his earpiece on and off & checking his phone in the counter as well as that there computer screen. From order time until we got our coffee -16 minutes. The young lady was working the drive-thru window and could do circles around the guys. They seem so unenthused to be there too."
