"I kept getting calls for my husband on my cell phone (that is listed on the national Do Not Call list). So I called them and asked Teresa Shook (the rep that answered) why they were calling. When they said it was because "someone" filled out an online request (we didn't - we aren't in the market) she was sarcastic and said it must have been a poltergeist. What?! I told her sarcasm wasn't a good answer and said it brought me to my second concern. She said, "Good" and hung up on me. If this is the level of professionalism I can expect from this company - forget them. No, I don't recommend. Some might be nice, but that is if your money is something they have a chance to get. Move on to the next service of this type."
