"Employees SCAM YOU CHECK RECEIPTS. They are overcharging on ice coffee by two dollars thinking you won’t notice, and taking money off gift card balances. The scam is run by the Hispanic women that work there. FYI"

"Don’t even bother coming to this dunkin. The workers are always nasty and snarky, and I’ve been coming here for years. It never changes. The orders always take super long, even when youre the only one in there! They are clearly understaffed and not managed properly. If you go to any other dunkin you will see more than 2 people working in the whole place. I get it times are tough, but maybe if you hired human beings with even an ounce of decency and respect people like me wouldn’t be so frustrated. Maybe if you told your workers to smile once in a while this place wouldn’t have so many bad reviews. I ordered a mobile order at 10:45 this morning. It was a coffee and 3 other food items for a total of $11. I went to pick it up at 12:00, 20 minutes later. My order was no where to be found. I didn’t get a refund, I didn’t get anything. My hard earned money gone. Like I said, don’t go to this dunkin, you’ll be wasting your time as well as your sanity!"

"Look at how they made this bagel. Seriously. I ordered two, they both came just like this. I gave to kids, almost drove out the lot. Hear about this. Have to go back and ask them to put more on, because seriously. I get there, ask for them to put more cream cheese on. They say they can't and hand packets (good hygiene). I half expected to offer two fresh ones, because good companies have pride in their product. Big fan if Dunkin Donuts. This was an exceptional situation."

"Ordered a avocado toast with roasted tomatoes. A regular avocado toast cost around 2 dollars. 2 dollar extra for the roasted tomato. This is literally what I got for tomatos. Also ordered a sausage egg and cheese but they forgot the sausage!!!! What a joke of a Dunkin’. Do not come here!"
