"Update:I ordered a second stroller 2 weeks ago and had an issue with it. Customer service is truly exceptional. They needed to send two different pieces to resolve the issue and did so quickly, offering multiple options for reassembly when the items arrive. I’m extremely glad I purchased from them, and they are worth the drive if you aren’t local. I came from New York and the sales help in the store was extremely helpful and patient in providing me with options and testing the strollers. I ended up calling in my order later in the day once I settled on the color I wanted. They pre- assembled and delivered my stroller the next day for free, and there was no tax because it shipped out of state. I couldn’t be more happy with my shopping experience!"

"A customer of organization used my email address and attempted to use my payment account to make a $1,000 purchase online. I contacted customer service and asked them to remove my email address from the mans account, I also ask them to possibly flag the mans account for that he/she cannot attempt to fraud anyone else. They refused, and when I asked for a supervisor they told me that there was none and that no one is in charge. I also filed a complaint with BBB and have evidence of the attempted fraud that no one had interest in stopping."

"I find the customer service experience to be average at best. Admittedly, I have only shopped here once. I did not find the staff to be warm nor particularly clear in my communication with them. At these price points, you have better options for service."
