"Paid 11 dollars for 2 very watered down salted caramel cream cold brews. I watched the barista pour water into the cold brews thinking it was flavoring or concentrate of some sort. No. It was water. thumbs down. :c"

"Quiet and cozy Starbucks located inside Barnes & Noble bookstore at Buckland Hills mall. This location seems understaffed with only two barista‘s working. We stood in line for about 15 minutes waiting to be served the table tops were sticky and needed a good wipe down. Nevertheless, the service was friendly, and the drinks were tasty. The atmosphere was quiet and inviting."

"Brought in a dirty cup once and ever since then they have not served me. I would not recommend they have attitudes behind the counter and if you bring a cup in that’s dirty, they won’t cite the policy do you which is to literally clean your cup and before you come in and get your coffee in it, I don’t recommend the Starbucks at all if I could give them a zero out of five stars I would."

"The amount of ice when I requested light ice. That's not value for money 6$. The amount of coffee was less than half of what it should be . Disappointed"

"Not the same as a regular Starbucks. The Americana just didn't hold up to SB standards. The service was excellent. The store is clean and well laid out. I'll try getting a regular black coffee just to be sure either way. When you enter the main drive entrance, take the parking area on the right. The counter is just to the right after you enter the store."
