"The service was fantastic when it was Oxford Insurance. Since the change to Smith Brothers there doesn't appear to be any customer service. Emails and phone calls go unanswered. Sign on the door last week mentioned renovations, call for assistance. The reason to go there in person was because phone calls go to voice mail without response."
