"Super friendly staff that makes its regulars feel like it's a must stop everyday"

"I came in at 6:00 pm. ONLY 3 donut choices to choose from. Then I thought"go back in" to get a pound of REGULAR ground coffee, which they did not have. I was told come back at 4:00 am when the truck comes in! If they can't provide evening service not only for baked goods, but goods for sale they should just close for the day! In addition I would not normally say this but the manager was horrible and rude!!! She was HORRIBLE!!!"

"Was overcharged for drinks. Ordered 2 Watermelon Raspberry Refreshers. We asked for a little more of the Watermelon flavoring and was charged $1 extra. The item they charged us for was a "cup for pup". Took a long time and associate was not helpful. Will never come back to this location. Long wait times and associate was not helpful."

"This has got to be the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever been in. On July 3rd in the early morning I walk in , two people were standing there, never acknowledged me . I finally said can I place an order and one girl walked over to me, she never smiled, no pleasantries, she said what do you want. I was pretty taken aback but I gave her my order. She finally brought it to the counter and just stared at me. I said how much? I’ve never had to pull teeth to pay for a product . So today we were late heading out of town and my husband wanted some donuts, I told him not to go to that Dunkin Donuts store because they were aweful but he ignored me. He came out with the food and was so mad. He said 3 people were at the counter but they also ignored him, when he got out to the car the order was all messed up. He said I’m not going back in there, they were so rude. If I was this store owner I’d fire all of them! Just saying!!!!"

"Best Dunkin in the area.(7 months ago) Edited for today, 5/3/23 I have given this Dunkin' donuts several opportunities to make a coffee as ordered since originally posting that this was the best one in the area, and honestly meaning it... Unfortunately, almost every time the drink is wrong or there are grounds in my drink; coffee isn't supposed to be chewy. Especially an espresso drink at that... Staff is no longer friendly and the area is no longer as clean as it once was."
