"So I buy a coffee this morning with a gift card I had, and saw that I could get a donut for a dollar..she gives me the donut but never came back with the coffee and ignored me. I left with no coffee. I was on company time and wss so mad I was afraid of what I was going to do....so I left. I had come inside because my cdl truck won't fit in the drive through. Nothing but attitude in that place."

"They are the slowest employees I have ever met. They took 10 minutes to take my order then another 10 minutes for me to receive my order. I was in the drive thru. I ordered two things and they couldn't even get that right. I am absolutely applauded at the service. The employees had an attitude the entire time."

"The employees absolute could not care less about their jobs here. They don't communicate, they seemingly don't like human beings, confusing why you would even have this job."

"Last Friday morning, they got busy and locked the doors so no more customers could come inside. Customers were standing outside in the pouring rain banging on the doors to come in. There were a handful of mobile orders on the counter ready and waiting to be picked up, so I opened the door to let them pick up their orders, and a worker yelled asking why I was opening the door… Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve seen them lock the doors. I usually have nice things to say about the polite service, but I am so put off by the behavior I witnessed."

"So crazy story, ordered something here with my mom, got a bagel with some cream cheese, and when we pulled up to the window to get our order, we saw the girl making our bagel put it together and while doing so she licked her fingers. She definitely saw that we saw her and we just drove off. Because that's actually disgusting, like you think you at home making bagels sis? Hell nawww, we'll pass on the bagel with a side of human DNA, thank you."
