"The girl who serviced the drive thru at approximately 7:52am today was extremely rude. She didn’t want to be at work….service is very poor at this location. It’s like you are bothering them when they are at work."

"Always chaotic, employees yelling, managers loudly scolding the workers, mobile order shows ready on the screen but hasn't even been started. Same coffee order comes out different every time."

"Their hot coco never fails to be just right. Their machines always work. They are friendly. When I have rough days, as I am sure they do as well, yet they still make sure to make us feel welcomed and ready to serve."

"They will be no cars in the drive thru and barely busy inside. They take for ever to get to the speaker and longer to do a mobile order that was already put thru in the app 15 mins prior to getting there for pick up. On top of all that alot of the employees are rude."

"Employee refuse to serve us because we had a baby bunny. She stated they don’t serve customers who have animals. The manager on duty I did not get her name. Told me that I don't not understand that. She (My child) who is a minor has to go outside because she will not serve her because she has a animal. Now me being a manager myself, I totally understand however, speaking to a minor in such a manner is not acceptable. Also, Nowhere does it show a sign stating animals are not permitted. if you guys have rules where animals are not allowed in your section, please hang up a sign. I will be more than happy to respect that. Also train your (management) to talk to customers with respect. had it in my employing disrespecting a customer like that a write up would’ve been given."
