"Poor service front cashier lady with glasses has a bad attitude, she went to the restroom while I was waiting and everyone completely ignored me waited for 10 minutes to place an order and, thought it wouldn’t get any worse completely messed up my order wasn’t waiting around for them to fix it ,"

"Came through drive thru. Pull up and the speaker doesn't work, had sign to pull to window. I pull up to window and see a young guy sitting at his desk not realizing I'm there. He starts digging in his nose with his bare finger and then suddenly realizes there's a car at the drive thru. He gets up with urgency and rushes to the window. Apologizes about the wait and requests my order but I declined and I said I was ok bc he was just digging all in his nose. I didn't care that they wear gloves at that point bc that was disgusting. I know we're all people but when handling food that's not your own that's unacceptable. His comfort level was too OK and seemed normal to him to be working in a restaurant that prepares sandwiches of all things. Will not ever again go here. This happened Nov 4, 2023 very early morning."

"I am a regular customer, I sometimes get employees that are great what they do. And some that are not so pleasant. But they food and drinks are always a go to for me."

"The lady running the register is such a sweetheart. But the rest of the staff is just rude. Getting mad about orders. I think there was a mix up and someone grabbed my order, so I waited. They seemed to get irritated that they had to hand me more food. Again, the lady running the register was great. Absolute sweetheart. I guess today was just a stressful day"

"I got to give credit were credit is due. I go to this location at least x1 per week. caution avoid big orders and if you have the office coffee run do yourself and them a favor and down load and order from the app. the morning manager is stressed but he is great. he will tell you like it is if your order is too big. just work with them and bless them they don't understand how important there job is when there coffee can put a smile on the face of a coworker or another person going through some stuff. I wish we somehow can pay it forward to those individuals who work to put the smile on the faces of others."
