"She kicke me out all i wanted was a coffee i swas left stranded wow some Cumberland farms smh"
"This is one of my favorite convenience stores and places to get gas. Their coffee is good and at a reasonable price. Their smart pay program allows you to get 10¢ off of every gallon purchased. They have a variety of sandwiches and food that are on par with what they should be from a convenience store."
"I was just assaulted by a woman who works at cumberland farms on rubber Ave and Meadow street. I had stopped by after returning from our long trip to grab some late night snacks and gas after a long day of services for my father in law who we buried today. She rushed us out of the store and was extremely rude. We were standing near the sandwich section, laughing about old times with my father in law, not ready to check out, but proceeded to checkout agter she rudely rushed us to the reguster. After checking out with a nice young man at the register, she proceeded to follow us into the parking lot with her phone, taking a video while we left the lot with us showing nothing but smiles and waves of happiness. Not sure why she was attacking my family, but our laughter seemed to upset her while we were inside of the store. I asked her why she was being this way, to which she was not responding. Perhaps she had a bad day, and proceeded to take it out on us. Regardless, we were not treated as customers, but rather as miscreants. I have lived in this town for many years, and do not feel that we should have been treated with such disrespect, especially given the sensitive situation. The woman was honestly, a mean person, whom I feel needs help with her mental situation that caused her to act this way."
"Extremely poor customer service, especially overnight. It's usually 2 young people, and they're always miserable and rude. Their so called manager Darlene has been notified on several occasions and their corporate office is aware of the problem as well, but there has been zero improvement. I'm guessing these workers get paid minimum wage and are simply there to collect some pocket money without actually working. The store on S.Main isn't much better, they don't even try to comply with company's policy of greeting customers when they walk in, nor exhibit any kind of friendly customer service like the screen on their registers tells them to. Their regional manager dropped the ball big time."
